Welcome to Kiva Spa. By using this website or booking and receiving any service at Kiva Spa, West Field Mall, Ghod Dod Road, Athwa, Surat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

Kiva Spa provides professional wellness and relaxation therapies such as massages, body scrubs, jacuzzi and steam. Our services are strictly non-medical and are meant only for relaxation and general well-being.

2. Eligibility

Services are available only to guests aged 18 years and above. We may ask for a valid photo ID.

3. Appointments & Walk-ins

• Appointments can be booked by phone or WhatsApp on +91 99982 38686. Walk-ins are accepted subject to availability.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may shorten your session so the next guest is not delayed; the full price will still apply.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as early as possible.

4. Prices, Offers & Payment

• Prices are shared over the phone or at the spa and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are extra where required.
• Offers and discounts are valid for a limited time, apply only to the services mentioned, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Payment is due at the spa before or after the service, by the payment methods accepted at the counter.
• Services once taken are non-refundable.

5. Health & Safety

• Please tell your therapist before the session about any medical condition, allergy, injury, recent surgery or pregnancy.
• We may decline or modify a service if we believe it may not be safe for you.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served.

6. Guest Conduct

Kiva Spa is a professional wellness centre. We expect respectful behaviour towards our staff and other guests at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour, request or remark will lead to immediate termination of the service without refund, and we may report it to the authorities.

7. Personal Belongings

Please keep valuables with you or use the storage provided. Kiva Spa is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

8. Website Use

The content, photos and design of this website belong to Kiva Spa and may not be copied without permission. We try to keep all information accurate but it may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kiva Spa is not liable for any indirect loss or for any reaction or injury caused by information you did not disclose about your health.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
